dont pay too much attension to those battery save apps
they basically tell you to turn nearly everything off except the fone lol
if you use it heavily then it wont last
its the same with anything

There are many things to help you battery life.

The biggest thing is to let the phone phone drain and give it a full chage to 100%. This prolongs the life of the battery.

Screen Brightness. If you ever look at the power consumption of any smart phone you will see the display uses 25% - 50% of the battery. try and set the screen to automatically ajust or to a lower brightness

Utillise the wifi. Even if you have masses of free internet, try and connect to Wifi where possible. It uses much less power to connect to rather that than 3G.

Auto update. If you have things such as emails to update. Try and lengthen the the time between downloads. For example if your phone checks for emails every 5 minutes, try and icncrease it to 15. The less the phone has to do, The better.

There is a whole host of things to do that helps your battery so please feel free to ask for any more advice Smile
